Don't know what to do.
Before I came to Thailand I had a tiny blue budgerigar called Piiko. But when my family decided to move, I had to leave him in Japan because it’s difficult to bring pets to foreign countries, plus it would cause a big stress to him to go through tests and stuff to see whether he has any germs/diseases and stuff. So my grandma in Japan is taking care of him since I left there, which was 2 years...
